(WCSA) was founded by Stephen Pales after 30 years of working himself through Law Enforcement ranks and retiring as a Police Chief.

WCSA was built to reflect a private police department. Our goal is to protect your employees and your assets. We offer an extensive range of security services to cater to the needs and budgets of our clients. Our officers are state licensed, CLEET trained individuals and, in most cases, have previous or current experience in law enforcement and/or the military.

WCSA’s owner is also the Vice President of BlueWave Technologies “FaceScope”. WCSA is the only security company in the United States that utilizes this highly accurate facial recognition software that helps document, report, and enforces trespassing violations. In the coming months, WCSA will be able to offer security cameras that have FaceScope embedded into them, this will help Loss Prevention efforts to save companies hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.

Our patrol vehicles are fully equipped with state-of-the-art LED lighting systems, laptops, FaceScope powered dashcams, and duty gear. All our officers are deploying body cams powered by FaceScope as well as two-way radios for rapid communication. When a criminal “sizes up” one of our officers, they often decide to turn around.

For all the clients we serve, we utilize a transparent and simple to use 100% digital incident reporting, officer tracking, dispatch, data, and automated management system called ScopeX which stands for Secure Communications and Operations Protocol Ecosystem. These reports can be accessed from our server in perpetuity. You will receive a color-coded report with photo and audio attachments every 24 hours detailing everything that occurred during the 24-hour period.
